Common faults and maintenance methods of ice maker(Part 1)
Failure I of ice maker: compressor works but does not refrigerate
Maintenance method: check whether the refrigerant of the refrigerator leaks. If it leaks, repair the leakage of the refrigerator and add refrigerant. If the two-way solenoid valve of the refrigerator is damaged and not closed tightly, replace the solenoid valve.
Fault 2 of ice maker: the machine enters the de icing procedure, but the ice does not fall off.
Maintenance method: check whether the two-way solenoid valve of the refrigerator is damaged. If damaged, replace the solenoid valve body or outer coil in time.
Fault 3 of the ice maker: the compressor has been working for refrigeration and the water pump has been working for pumping. The ice keeps getting thicker, but it cannot automatically enter the deicing program
Maintenance method: use a multimeter to measure the negative value of the probe of water temperature. If the negative value of the probe is above 27K, it is determined that the controller is broken. Replace the probe in time. If the negative value of the probe is lower than 27K, disconnect any one of the two wires, and adjust the resistance to 27K to 28K by connecting a resistance in series.
1. The problem of icing inside the refrigerator may be that many consumers have some wrong methods when using it. For example, the food itself is still steaming, but it is directly put into the refrigerator. Because the internal temperature of the refrigerator is relatively low, when it is cold, water vapor will form, which will cause the problem of icing on the inner wall.
1. Preventive measures can be taken. For example, if the food is still steaming, it can't be put in directly. It can be put in only when it is cold. If you want to preserve fresh vegetables, wash them thoroughly, drain the water, wrap them in plastic bags or wrap them with plastic wrap, and then put them in. This can not only lock the water, but also help the use of the refrigerator, so as to avoid the problem of icing.
